From 12 August 2026, the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) will introduce additional legal requirements, costs and administrative work for shipments to other EU countries.
For this reason, we will no longer ship to delivery addresses outside Germany within the EU from that date.
Customers in other EU countries may use a parcel forwarding service that provides a German delivery address. Please note that our responsibility and shipping insurance end once the parcel has been delivered to the address in Germany.
