From 12 August 2026, the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) will introduce additional legal requirements, costs and administrative work for shipments to other EU countries.
For this reason, we will no longer ship to delivery addresses outside Germany within the EU from that date.
Delivery Area: Germany and Selected Non-EU Countries
We deliver to delivery addresses within Germany and to the non-EU countries available for selection in our shop.
We currently do not deliver to delivery addresses in other Member States of the European Union.
The billing address may differ from the delivery address. Customers residing in or having a billing address in another EU Member State may therefore continue to place orders with us, provided that a delivery address within Germany is specified.
For deliveries to a German address, we only charge shipping costs for transportation to the specified delivery address in Germany. Our contractual delivery obligation and shipping service exclusively cover transportation to this address.
Any transportation after delivery in Germany is not part of our shipping offer or shipping service. We do not offer, arrange, broker, commission or charge for any such onward transportation.
If the customer wishes to arrange further transportation after delivery, the selection, organisation and commissioning of such transportation must be carried out entirely independently by the customer.
The customer's statutory rights, in particular statutory rights in the event of defects, remain unaffected.
