Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

Beginning of the Withdrawal Period

For contracts for services, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract is concluded.

For contracts for the purchase of goods, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

If you have ordered several goods as part of one order and they are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the last item.

If goods are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided for this purpose, but its use is not mandatory.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal using the electronic withdrawal function provided on our website under “Withdraw from contract”. If you use this function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt without undue delay on a durable medium, for example by email, containing information about the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time at which it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal for Goods

If you withdraw from a contract for goods, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract to

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal for Services

If you withdraw from a contract for services, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

If you expressly requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an amount which is proportionate to the services already provided up to the time when you inform us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared with the full coverage of the services provided for in the contract.

Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Services

For a contract for the provision of services, the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed if, before performance begins, the consumer expressly consented to GP AUDIO beginning performance before expiry of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal would be lost once GP AUDIO had fully performed the contract.

Statutory Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal in the cases excluded by law.

For the GP AUDIO product range, the statutory exception for contracts for the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or computer software may be relevant where the seal has been removed after delivery.
