Payment Methods
At GP AUDIO, you can display and pay for your order in euros (EUR) or US dollars (USD). You can select your preferred currency in the online shop.
Depending on the order and destination country, the payment methods displayed during checkout are available. These include in particular bank transfer/prepayment and PayPal. Cash payment is also possible for personally arranged collection.
A payment surcharge applies when using PayPal. The surcharge is 3.59% for orders with a delivery address in Europe and 7.18% for orders with a delivery address outside Europe. Any applicable surcharge will be shown during checkout before the order is completed.
GP AUDIO does not charge a payment surcharge for bank transfer/prepayment.
Shipping Costs for Goods
Germany
Orders with a delivery address in Germany can be placed directly through our online shop.

Personal collection in Stahnsdorf is also possible by prior arrangement. No shipping costs apply to collection.
Other Member States of the European Union
Deliveries to other EU Member States are made exclusively to commercial resellers.
A registered customer account and prior verification and approval as a reseller are required. For this purpose, we require our completed and signed reseller declaration together with the documents specified in the form.
Once your reseller status has been approved, please place the required products in your shopping cart and proceed to the order overview. Then send a screenshot of your shopping cart or order overview by email to info@gp-audio.de.
GP AUDIO will then create the order manually and send you the relevant order and/or invoice documents. Automatic checkout with a delivery address in another EU Member State is not available.

Note for deliveries to the United States and Canada: Products from Audiodesksysteme Gläss are not available for delivery to the United States or Canada due to the manufacturer's distribution restrictions. Other products can be ordered for delivery to these countries in accordance with the shipping conditions shown in the shop.
Return Shipping for Professionally Cleaned Records
Weight-based shipping charges apply to the return of records sent to GP AUDIO for professional record cleaning.
Free shipping from an order value of €150 applies only to regular goods orders within Germany. For the return shipment of professionally cleaned records, the weight-based shipping charges listed below apply regardless of the order value.

For delivery addresses in other Member States of the European Union, the reseller requirements described above also apply to the return shipment of professionally cleaned records.
Customs Duties, Import Taxes and Other Charges
Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs charges, local taxes or other fees. These charges are not collected by GP AUDIO and must be paid by the recipient in accordance with the regulations of the destination country.
Prices and Payments in US Dollars
Prices in the online shop can be displayed in either EUR or USD. If USD is selected, prices and shipping costs are displayed in US dollars using the exchange rate applied by the online shop. GP AUDIO accepts payments in US dollars.
The prices, shipping costs, payment surcharges and other conditions shown during the ordering process are decisive for the individual order.
